Location in Upper Claremont was amazing- quiet, beautiful, leafy cul-de-sac. Helena was a very warm and welcoming host and we had the lounge, veranda and kitchen to ourselves. Gracious furnishings, modern and upmarket. Garage parking for overnight. Room and bathroom were clean and private with good linen. Exceeded our expectations!

Enjoyed my stay at 23 Grace . Helena welcomed my son and I with so much warmth. Efficient communication and she’s always there to assist. The dog was very friendly my son and I felt home away from home . Definitely coming back !

The property is in a private cul-de-sac and quiet community. The house is a shared space and you get your own room and private bathroom. The property is beautiful and easily accessible, very clean and the host explains everything in detail and is very helpful with everything. You get room service everyday if needed. The host went above and beyond to assist me with luggage and arrangements with check in and check out.

I had booked the room for Two Oceans Half Marathon 14th Apr, Helena, the host, welcomed me to the property even before the check in time. Room was one of the bedrooms in their house. Room was well prepared, clean. She explained the facilities etc and made sure that I am all well set for the Marathon. She even went out of her way to allow me to get fresh after the Marathon. (which was beyond my checkout time). Property is in safe area, and in quite settings. Maddie (their Pet) was also, friendly, which made stay pleasant.
