When we went into the room near midnight, we found the AC continued cooling and temperature was only 13 degrees Celsius. The kind lady on duty that night brought us blankets after figuring out the AC was dysfunctional. To our surprise, she also said we definitely should be compensated in this case and she would report to the manager. After a while, the lady came and told us the manager's decision. They gave us two double rooms instead of the quadruple room we booked and only charged us half the price of a quadruple room. It's unbelievable. We highly appreciated the lady and the manager of this comfortable hotel!

Ideal for staying one night before our cruise. They were very organised and had a room just for people departing for a cruise and a shuttle to port. Room was clean, large and comfortable.

Walking distance to a few restaurants... close to Kennedy Space Center.. pleasant and friendly staff. Nice room.. fridge and microwave....nice pool and surrounding.
