Apartment Hotel Overview

Domaine du Ferret Restaurant & Spa is a property located on the Cap Ferret Peninsula just 500 metres from the beach accessible through a bicycle path. The setting was stunning and the accommodation decor and furnishings fitted the environment perfectly. The spa was great especially in the off season. Well appointed lodge. Welcome message in lodge was lovely. Food in restaurant was good if a little expensive

Room cleaning was not "well"done. Overall staff needs much more trainning since their way to treat guess was not appropriate and even less they were willing to understand the question / request in order to proper answer or serve. Client focus was absolutely missing.
