The property currently operates on a room only or self-catering model. Please note the guests do not have access to the breakfast room in the main house.A site plan will be supplied for guests to access their accommodation prior to booking and a mobile number to communicate, if any emergencies arise.Check-in starts at 16:00 to enable the rooms to be deep cleaned between guests.Please note that Iffin Farmhouse is open all year. However, there will be no breakfast, evening meals or rooms serviced from:12:00 23 December - 27 December (inclusively) and 12:00 on 31 December - 1 January (inclusively)Please note that guests checking out after 10:30 will be charged an additional fee of GBP 50 unless prior arrangements have been made.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A lovely property, really close to the city but in the heart of the countryside. We were travelling in a group and one of the party is a wheelchair user, it was very hard to find somewhere that accommodated her but this property was just perfect. There was ample parking for us all. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and communication before, during and after the stay was excellent.

Lovely location down a holloway on a farm (with donkeys!) two miles outside Canterbury. Single room was spacious with own bathroom facilities next door. Friendly hosts.

I have tried to contact the owner as I may have left my Barbour type wax jacket in the bedroom. I am presently in an area of the UK where there is no telephone connection so have been unable to leave a message even a texto. Farmhouse nestled in a peaceful countryside, a few miles from Canterbury. I found the place very relaxing, even though I only stayed for one night. The single room was bright and comfortable. Bathroom with shower very large and clean.
