Parking within the cathedral grounds is limited. Discounted parking vouchers are available from the hotel reception for public car parks, which are 5 minutes' walk away. If you have any questions in regards to parking, please contact the hotel directly.Reduced-cost 24-hour council parking vouchers are available from reception. Grounds parking is very limited and has to be pre-booked directly with the hotel in advance (subject to availability).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Hotel was superb. Staff were very helpful and really made our stay perfect. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was so quiet and peaceful and in the most fantastic location being in the grounds of the cathedral.

The breakfast was included, and had a good choice, and was plated not help yourself. Which actually meant good portion sizes, less waste and no over indulging. Coffees were a little lacking in caffeine, would recommend the tea. Perfect location by the Cathedral and easy walking to the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is policed by Canterbury Cathedral Police, an actual Police body, reinstated in 2016. Rooms in the Hotel were very comfy, large double beds, wonderful hot, powerful shower and the rooms were tidied and replenished each day. The staff were professional and courteous at all times.

Excellent facilities Rooms very clean and breakfast good quality and good service .Minor issue around Cathedral accommodation access closed at 21.00.Fully understand security issues but maybe a phone number and contact should be highlighted on guest card .Although doorbell did work on night of our stay

Wonderful location in cathedral precincts. Free entry to cathedral. Ability to park in the grounds. Tasty breakfast. Pleasant garden. Friendly, helpful staff.

Location. Peaceful.Excellent breakfast Everything was great besides the poor wifi. Also no air conditioning. It was mentioned very clearly but I somehow missed it. Highlighting it for people like me. Double room was a standard UK double. So if you want a larger room and bed, book a twin room and request for the beds to be joined. Room is bigger with more space to put stuff. The hotel and service is just lovely

Fantastic hidden gem right in the grounds of the Cathedral. Beautifully lit at night. Breakfast was 1st class , very attentive waitresses and a lovely sunny breakfast room . We will be back to explore more of Canterbury and hopefully stay again. Well done .

Location was perfect for seeing Canterbury, breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. Room was fairly small but fine for our stay and was very nicely decorated and very clean.

Breakfast is outstanding. The location in the grounds of a UNESCO World Heritage Site is quite spectacular with amazing views of the cathedral from all the rooms.
