We booked the basement room for a 1 night stay. The location of the B&B was good, a short walk away from Canterbury high street, the room is accessed down some steep narrow steps - but this is clearly highlighted in their text it is small and function but given the price we felt was more then adequate and extremely good value particularly as it included breakfast.

The hotel is in a quiet residential street very close to the centre of Canterbury. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed and the staff were very friendly

Not too far from Canterbury West. Nice, quiet street with the Unicorn pub close by and also a convenience store at the end of the road. Nice walk either left or right out of the property into the City. Very tasty full English. Friendly, welcoming staff.

There was lots of choice for breakfast, however it was very self service. The other guests were telling us where to get things and that the staff would bring us our hot drinks.

The only problem was t.v singal bad. And we went as 3 but only 2 chairs in room friend had to sit on sofa bed

Well located and reasonably quiet night's sleep considering proximity to city centre. Nice, big room (no. 13) on first floor, front, with clean en suite. Good value for money with breakfast included. Prompt and detailed communication in advance of stay.
