Cracked sink, Chips and black marks in the bath Bed was uncomfortable felt like mattress needs replacing.

Booked last minute and the room was ready and set up for us. Staff on reception was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy on arrival and the heater had been put on so the room was lovely and warm for us. Had food in McDonalds in the evening and breakfast, service was quick and the tables were clean.
