Very beautiful place with an extremely kind host. Direct access at the beach and just 10-15min from the center. We definitely recommend booking a stay here when in Cannes.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The host is extremely friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. The villa itself is beautiful with cozy living spaces and is well-equipped, offering everything you need, including sun umbrellas. There is also parking available just in front of the Villa.

Paul is a very helpful and friendly host. The balcony view of our suite was stunning. We had a very nice sea view. The beach is just 5 min walk away. There is also a bus station approx. 2 min away from the villa

villa location is great for the beach - max 5 mins walk. About 30 mins walk into centre of Cannes. old-world villa, rustic and simple with original features (brown sink and brown tiled shower). owner is friendly and communicates well - altho I never met him as he was away when I stayed at the villa.

Paul is a lovely host and the location is absolutely perfect. The views from the shared terrace are beautiful and it was great to meet other guests and get to play the guitar that was available.
