Pascal was great! Location couldnt have been better to access the Palais. Building is slightly old. But Pascal’s warmth and hospitality makes up for it. The room was super clean.

Apartment well equipped (kitchen), everything works and is very clean (fridge, bathroom/toilet, floor and air conditioning) Very good location of the accommodation (near the beach and the Palais des Festivals de Cannes) and close to a busy shopping street - yet very quiet (courtyard window).

Our stay was perfect-nice room with all we need, very comfy bed, silence at night, the small kitchen with all necessary things. Ideal))) Thank you,Pascal! P.S. and the location is superb - very close both to the bus and train station and to the beach.
