A microwave, dishwasher and toaster can be found in the kitchenette. A welcome breakfast basket is included. This studio has the possibility to be inter-connecting with Studio S. The elevator provides access for floors 1 to 4 in the building. This studio cannot accommodate extra beds or baby cots. Please note that during the Cannes Film Festival, the towel change is made upon request. Bed linen are changed in the middle of the stay for free. For week stays, towel and linen change is available upon request. For 15-days stays, towel and linen change is included once and is available upon request.

The bad was very cosy .We slept well. We had the Soleil room,4-th floor: no noise, very ok.Perfect location.Family friendly, clean and well equiped kitchen.

Very clean. We reschedule our arriving time and the owner was absolutely understandable during situation that we had on the road. Bed was comfortable and big. The owner is friendly, location is perfect!

the property is close to restaurants, beach, cafes. you have everything around. the studio is very clean, towels are changed every two days. the manager is always available for anything you need. I had an excellent holiday.

The location to the beach was fabulous. The bed was comfortable too. I loved it had blockout curtains as the nightlife in the street went until sunrise

The apartment has the perfect location, in close proximity to many shops and restaurants. It's very clean and modern. The building has a luggage room and an elevator.
