The location is very good, near train station and near beach , hotel is in center but in calm street, you can see the sea from the window

Perfect location in the center of Cannes. Excellent service. Rooms are an excellent value for money. Simple 2stars but definitively high quality .

Breakfast was expensive but good Bathroom was so small my son and husband sat sideways on the toilet far too small the room was really small thankfully there was a balcony Location is amazing Staff are really friendly
