The room and bathroom were nicely done and clean. The toiletries were really nice - good bathroom. Staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming and helpful. We didn’t use the pool due to the time of year but the pool Area looked lovely

Some of the staff were really nice and very helpful, I forgot his name but I think he was Egyptian and helped us a lot with an issue we had with the cleaning staff, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He resolved our issue and we were given a compensation for the stolen product. The place is supper nice and the room was very comfortable. It was a great stay if we disregard the issue we had with the cleaning staff

Staff were incredibly friendly - really accommodating and always there to say hello every time you pass reception. Held our luggage for us which was really helpful!

Parking. Everything was new and fresh. Nice room decoration. Useful ceiling fans to support the aircon.

Everything was amazing. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in paired with the AC and fans - perfection. The location was great and they even have parking. The sun beds are really soft and nice. Overall it felt like everything was super high quality. To top it all off they also allow dogs. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I’ll be back.
