The set-up of the room and amenities is basic, but all very new and well thought out. They added hooks on the walls and a small closet area so that, in spite of the small room size, it was easy to spread my things out comfortably. My room had a balcony facing a small courtyard that was big enough for a person to stand on, and would have been convenient for hanging up swimsuits and towels in the summer. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature of the shower was excellent. All facilities were very clean and new, and absolutely spotless after room service each day. I think the hotel took previous comments about the lack of tea and coffee seriously, as my room was equipped with a machine and pods to make nice-quality espresso every morning. The gentleman working the reception was friendly and helpful, and I think the key card system for opening the door of the hotel is both convenient and smart. The location (just a couple minutes walk from the station, but along a side street so that you miss the traffic noise) really can't be beat. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in Cannes!

The hotel is virtually opposite the station and only a quick walk down to the sea. The room was a bit basic but very good value in a very expensive place. The gentleman on reception was very helpful, everywhere was very clean and although the bathroom was a bit compact everything worked and water was hot. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. Even in the middle of town it was quiet at night and we slept well.

Small kitchenette was very useful and appreciated. Good air conditioning. Cute small balcony Good location with places to eat very close..close to the station and short walk to main beaches. Friendly staff on checkin. Discounted parking available close by. Very good instructions and prompt response to booking.com enquiries were appreciated to help navigate the craziness of Cannes.

Has great service, staff kindly upgraded me to a bigger room, was super helpful , borrowed me some scissors to cut some tags off my dress . Literally so friendly and helpful . I would definitely stay there again

Great location, very clean and spacious room with good size bathroom. The room standards are well above the 2 star (book the superior room) and offer two great balconies, comfortable bed, very quiet air-conditioning and a small kitchenet (fridge and a coffeemaker). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice and compact hotel. About 10 minutes walking diatance till main streets. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is eye catching. The room was on the top floor. No elevator. Comfortable bed, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, air-conditioning, small coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV. Shower and wc in the room. We also had a small terrace on which it was great to have a packed breakfast.
