Absolutely stunning hotel with luxurious charming spacious rooms with the most gorgeous decor & antique furniture the bed was luxurious with gorgeous linen & most comfortable bed & selection of pillows for your personal comfort. The bathroom was luxurious with all the amenities you could possibly need. Perfect location & stunning views.

Everything. Beach club front was great, restaurant and bar was nice, room was spacious and clean and staff cleaned it very frequently.

Awful -,service non existent on first day No one explained anything to us We selected our cooked breakfast to then be told a 5 mins wait for eggs - not a problem if advised Could not find fruit till ask another guest who told me was in the next room Took us forever to get pit of tea with no one offering service - the lady I asked said our server would come to tap me but never did There maple syrup containers were both empty on the pancake island The whole thing was cleared away noisily by 10.45 even though service went to 10:30 How the last guests got on have no idea Really poor of the 4 hotels on our trip yours was the one we thought would be really special but in reality the worst by far

Great location, very clean, comfortable, well maintained with a huge bed, lovely soaps and facilities in the bathrooms. Very attentive (but not intrusive) staff. Very swish lounge and restaurant, great breakfast, good pool, good gym.
