Hotel Overview

Located in the heart of Cannes, 400 metres from the beaches, Charlie's Hôtel Cannes offers a warm and friendly welcome close to the famous Croisette and the harbour. It is 250 metres from Palais des Festivals Congress Centre.
The rooms at Charlie's Hôtel Cannes all have a unique décor. Some rooms look out onto the local pedestrian streets and others look out onto the hotel's patio. Very close to the train station and the beach. The place was very well located. You could easily reach the main tourist spots from there, and also find many places nearby for breakfast and lunch.

I had to book a room her extremely last minute due to other accommodation falling through on the day I got to Cannes. The team were extremely helpful in getting me access to my room within an hour of booking, and making sure I had somewhere to stay my first night in Cannes. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a stay, and the decor felt modern and fairly new. The location was perfect as I was attending a conference at the Palais, so it was a very quick walk; and the location had plenty of food and drink options around to access.

Charlie’s is conveniently located within walking distance to the marina and train station. The staff are friendly and helpful and my room, although small (cosy) was bright and welcoming with a very comfy bed.

The property’s location is exceptional, close to most of the relevant mark lands in the city as well as to the beach. The room is spacious and modern, providing also a mini fridge

The location was amazing. I was on the first floor near the street side. You did hear the people on the street a bit, but I slept great nonetheless. The personnel is really nice.

Newly renovated and very modern and clean now! (Most bad reviews are from before the renovation!) Superb location! Great value in such an expensive city! Had a fridge in the room which was Great for cooling water.
