The fine print
In order to meet the many requests, I offer at certain times of the year the rental of the entire 75 m2 guest house, with 2 full bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a third space in the living room. with a 160 X 200 fold-away bed, an equipped kitchen, two private parking spaces, two balconies. This new formula is a furnished rental, which can accommodate 6 people in the greatest comfort. The supply of linen is included, cleaning is charged at the end of the stay. The formula does not include breakfast.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Had a wonderful stay in Cannes City B&B - Eric the host was so lovely and the breakfast was FAB! As a solo female traveller I felt very safe with the modern Samsung locks on the doors, the bathroom was spacious with a great shower and a good bright mirror to do makeup. The aircon was definitely needed and worked well. The bus stop was a couple of minutes away and came frequently. All in all, a great stay and would recommend!

The owner is super nice and helpful, he offers delicious and nutritious breakfasts and sweets 😊 The room & bathroom are cozy, clean and well equipped. The location is also good, with a beautiful beach and good sushi restaurant (pagoda) nearby. 100% recommend!

So friendly & informative from start to finish. Secure parking for my car a bonus and that breakfast (AWESOME!). Amazingly clean and comfortable.
