Great location near to the promenade and restaurants and shops of Rue Antibes and surrounding area. God size apartment for a short stay.

Superb location centrally on the Croisette but be aware that some of the photos from the grounds show a south-facing block while this apartment is to the left and faces East. Because of this, beautiful sunrise over East Cannes from the bed, and sea view. An electric sunscreen is provided outside the patio doors to reduce glare if required. Comfy bed and one easy chair, 2 dining chairs and 4 chairs on the balcony so plenty of choice of seating ! Cooking facilities are adequate (2 induction hob plates and a microwave) with plenty of dining plates, bowls, glasses etc. Small supermarkets are within walking distance, especially if the rear exit is used (round to the right out of the lift, and down the stairs). Large TV with very clear picture and European channels (I found no UK or English-language channels).

Very good location, nice apartment, just few steps from Boulevard de la Croisette, to the beach, very close to Carrefour store ( about 5 min to walk ), and very close to the rail station.

Location is great - for apartment 12 it is not the building shown, it is behind the main building. Great walking distance to beach and shops/restraunts.
