The property owners went out of their way to make their Inn quaint and respectful of the time period it represents (tea cups and tea pot, shortbread cookies, antique furniture, electric fireplace with mantle, historical decor throughout the inn, etc), all while ensuring that modern amenities (ample outlets, soaker tub with awesome shower, comfy robes, comfy and clean bedding, etc.) are available for the customer's comfort.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Lovely to have tea and cookies in my room on arrival. Thank you for having a kettle as well as a coffee maker - most places you can only make tea in a container that smells and tastes like coffee.

Comfy bed, lovely old english style furniture and decor throughout. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant, staff were friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful Inn with a cozy pub serving delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful! It was so nice to have tea and shortbread waiting in the room when we arrived. Proper teapot and teacups, elegant touch!
