The location of the hostel is exceptional: very secluded in the woods, on a fairly steep slope of SW exposure, lots of sunshine day time (even in winter :-), beautiful view from the deck towards Three Sisters. Main lodge and the cabins are built in classic alpine style. The place is far enough from the hwy not to hear it but close enough to downtown Canmore (5 min or so). The interior of the main lodge is very cozy and stylish (wood), too; the common use rooms are nicely decorated, etc. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

we were a big family and enjoyed a full cabin. It exceeded our expectations. Nice place to stay and will definitely book it again. Bathrooms got renovated, kitchen is very spacious and lots of trail to visit.

It is not a hostel but rather place for community of hikers and travellers. Nice kitchen and lounge to connect with people after in front of nice view.

Superb views from the hostel kitchen and seating area and a good atmosphere amongst residents - very friendly. Out of town, so took a little effort to get the bus and then walk the last stretch - but totally worth it.

The shared kitchen was spacious, very well equipped and organized and with a big refrigerator. The common areas were nice and cozy, with plenty of space and different rooms including pool table and several couches for chilling. Clean bathrooms and pretty good day-use lockers for storage, although majority of them can only fit a small backpack. The location is pretty and convenient to visit Banff and nearby areas.

Great hostel - including kitchen facilities. Enjoyed eating on the deck. Were able to borrow the bikes and ride to nearby Brewery.

The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hostel has a beautiful view of the three sisters mountain and Canmore scenery.

The location was perfect. Away from the town. Set in an amazing setting. Floor to ceiling glass with views over the mountains. The Three Sisters stood gloriously within eyes view. Hikes two mins from Lodge. The lodge was exceptionally spotless clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor and indoor seating for eating. I cannot fault this accommodation.
