We stayed here 5 years ago, and this year we got back for skiing. The best hotel in the area, SPA is fantastic and restaurant is super, beds are for deep sleep, the view is stunning. If we go to Andorra again, we will choose Roc Meler again. Thank you guys 😁

Excellent stay overall, very comfortable room with nice view over Canillo and mountains behind, breakfast and dinner food was really good, pleasant spa area. Parking available for a supplement. Ski lockers available. Easy access to ski telecabine using the hotel van. Staff (welcome, restaurant, spa) was 10/10

Food had some great variety. One night there was even a chocolate fountain. The staff was fantastic and always went out of their way to resolve issues.

The receptionist ‘Mika’ upgraded us with a room with mountains view. As we found out we booked a different room. She made our stay perfect. Everyone of the staff was so nice and friendly. It was magic to wake up and see that amazing view. We will definitely come back

Great location looking over Canillo. Very well looked after by staff. Lovely large, well fitted rooms with great views! Great spa and pool. Fabulous buffet breakfast and dinner.
