As a part of our commitment to improve the hotel's facilities and services, we are pleased to inform you that Koa D'Surfer Hotel will be undergoing rooms and pool renovations. The renovation will start on 01 February - 31 July 2025 and work is done from 09:00 to 18:00 daily. Keep in mind that during the renovation period, the hotel parking area is subject to availability.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Good location. Walking distance to the beach. Underground parking. Super friendly staff. Air conditioned restaurant/work space. Some mould in the bathroom. A bit of an ant issue. Window wasn’t fully sealed when shut.

The room was nice, but not worth the price. The pool was closed during our stay and there was construction that woke us up between 7-8am. We didn’t get any information about this. We asked for laundry in the reception, and they charge for each piece.

Nice place to stay as we explore some of Canggu.Unfortunately the pool and bar upstairs was closed for renovations but they offered entry to another pool if we liked.

The room was clean and spacious, great shower, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were all so very helpful, made my stay so wonderful. Amazing buffet breakfast. I will be returning. Also to note, the roof top pool facilities are out of use until July. However it is a real bonus is to have free access to the pool and certain seating and lounge areas at the Atlas pool club. I loved visiting here.

What a great hotel. The staff are welcoming & housekeeping very attentive clean towels everyday . Fridge & kettle in room . Which is convenient. The food is good..restaurant & roof bar with amazing views & a very nice pool . The rooms are good. Sun on the baloney rooms. Back rooms no sun & a window . Very central to all the beach clubs & The Main Street with bars & restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk .. so the location is 10/10.. road can be busy tho from atlas & Finns.

Very close to the clean beach. Close to all the major beach clubs. Finn’s and atlas are literally next door within 200m. Rooftop pool and bar is great. Nice pool. Great friendly people all around.
