Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing. You can choose between lots of different breakfast options, plus there's always plate of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, coffee/tea, and bread with butter and jam in addition to it, no matter what else you choose from the menu. Everything we tried was delicious, better than in most restaurant we went to! Restaurant staff is the best - so polite, so friendly, so professional! Amazing! That was the best part of our stay, for sure! There is a spa with massage available within the hotel, we had traditional balinese massage, which was nice, and staff was also really professional and nice. So that was a great thing to have within the hotel, so nice and relaxing!

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary, and it was absolutely magical. The resort surprised us with a beautifully decorated room. The attention to detail was incredible, from the cozy ambiance of the room to the romantic candlelight dinner at the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. This hotel truly made our celebration unforgettable!
