The hotel is set a little back from the main road but within easy walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The food at the hotel was excellent and tasty and was testament to Sanjoy’s never ending desire for excellence not only on the drinks and food side of his business but also in getting to know his customers and making sure that they have a wonderful stay. The breakfast was a masterpiece of choice and we had some fantastic Italian food. We had a few hiccups along the way but Sanjoy was there to help resolve. Mikki the front desk manager was a smiley face with excellent customer interaction skills and understanding and he really did make our stay so special. Also shout outs to the pool attendant, Ruth, Hizzam and Seaol the barman extraordinaire and the guys at the door and gate who made sure we were safe. The pool was perfect, the sunbeds comfortable, the seating areas well ventilated gardens well tended and the whole place so so clean and tidy

Our stay at this Hotel was exceptional - we reserved for 3 nights then reserved for two additional as the vibe around the pool and property in general was very, very relaxed and cozy (palm trees, garden area, pool bar etc) - I want to especially give mentions to: Sanjoy, Sunny, Deepika, Lirhuteu, Sonim and Krishna at the pool - Thank you to all and everyone - 5 stars rating for service and attentions is spot on 😀

The location is excellent. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, yet very cozy and quiet. Breakfast we good. Customized baby food was available. Staff were highly courteous and helpful. The suite was spacious and well equipped.

The property has a Goan vibe and is at 8 minutes walking distance to Candolim beach. The staff was professional and helpful. It is very close to shops, restaurants, nightclubs and everything you would need to make your trip a good one. Recently affiliated as IHCL property, it clearly reflected in the stay, ambience, amenities and cleanliness. They even arranged for a cake as we were celebrating our turning 40 together

We stayed here for two night, we liked the ambience and the beach is 10 minute walk from this property , but the only concern is presence of so many stray dogs in the vicinity, they use to randomly bark on passerby , had a terrible experience , my wife was scared as few dogs charged on her with aggressive barking , when we were going towards the beach from hotel , other than this everything was nice inside property and staffs were polite and courteous.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean, as was the full hotel. All staff were very helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was lovely & by far the best pool this side of Mumbai and also spotlessly clean.

Exceptional service - is a pleasure to see the outstanding Taj Hospitality at this newly acquired place. Excellent staff - Taj trained. A shout out to the ever smiling Soni, Luvlesh, Anish at the pool, housekeeping staff... Excellent breakfast spread, great pool, very clean, prompt service

Clean modern great location lovely rooms spacious. Good restaurant. Sanjoy was very professional and helpful in the restaurant and Sanjeev provided great service was extremely helpful on the front desk
