Very nice hotel!! The beds are comfy and the airco does its job. Also nice and peaceful location (just have to go up a steep alley). The staff were very nice and accommodating! We were taken on an amazing private snorkeling tour where we saw three turtles and lots of fish! Shower gets nice and warm, however no privacy from your friend bc the door doesn’t really close all the way. Pool is also lovely!

Very nice and cozy guesthouse. For the price of 260k idr it was an exceptional value for money. Spacious room, hot water with good pressure in the shower, clean room, friendly and gelpful staff. Might be a bit hard to find, a narrow (motorbike wide) lane 50m long with an incline. loom for thw sign on the road with the Biya Lumba name

Nice stay. Quiet at night. Good aircon and wifi. Bed comfortable. Good size room. Staff friendly. Pool onsite. Parking for cars is across the road in grass area. Bikes park on property.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful! We got sick and missed the first two days of our stay, so they upgraded us to a nicer room and it was beautiful! Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable and they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner! The view from the room is a huge plus as well! We were so happy with our stay here!

I liked the location, just a short walk from Jalan Mawar and the warungs and restaurants. It's few hundred meters of dirt road that may be a bit muddy during heavy rain, but was OK for my stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room had a kettle, plus coffee and tea supplies. My room had a pleasant verandah with furniture, and a view. The bed was comfortable, aircon efficient, and wifi fast and reliable.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with big double beds. Nice size bathroom with soft bath sheets. The swimming pool is lovely and looks over a palm plantation. The staff were extremely kind and caring. I arrived with a cold and they fed me ginger tea and tasty food to allow me to recover and heal.

Location is good and staff helps you with anything you need! Putu helped with recommendations and it’s been a great tour for snorkeling in Crystal bay and Blue lagoon. If I come back to Amed I will definitely choose this place again. Basic but comfortable and very welcoming staff.
