The size of the room and bed was very good. Lots of space, nice balcony. The pool was also big with lots of chairs, lots of towels always ready. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotels we have ever been to! The staff were incredible and the hotel itself is stunning. They have 15 restaurants on site so plenty of choice to cheese from.

For the most part the service was great, our butlers Eladio and Robin were great. Aurelio and Jose from El Gaucho, the Argentinan steak restaurant were AMAZING, they went above and beyond to give us a great time and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Special shout out to Enrique, the on duty resort manager for making our last day truly special.

Was the most breathtaking hotel. The views were amazing. The customer service and kindness shown by the workers and especially our butlers, were immaculate. So many different restaurants and bars to choose from. Absolutely loved our stay. Our swim up suite was just beautiful!

The service was exceptional from our Butlers & Pedro was wonderful at breakfast. You could always get a lounge at the pool & the beach area was beautiful The rooms were so well appointed & spacious-i loved the shower.
