The design & facilities are amazing. You are very remote, therefore if planning to stay here for any period of time you would need a car. The pool area was lovely, really quiet and peaceful.

The location in the forest was perfect, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were amazing, near to a couple of awesome cenotes. Staff 10/10 Facilities 10/10 Location 10/10 - based on the fact that we were searching for something remote. Amazing pools The road is a bit rough to the location but manageable, when we left they were amending it. (that;s how the roads are even when you want to go to the beaches from the main road). And the staff is just amazing.

The staff were fantastic, the dinner food was the best I had in Mexico, beautiful surroundings near a great cenote and all the free activities were fun bonuses, we loved our nest and would recommend staying here to everyone.
