The fine print
One child free 0-12 years old in low seasons. To make valid this promotion, add the children information and age, into the reservation. Credit cards issued to people other guest (i.e., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student / Youth policy (YEAR ROUND) Student / Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent / guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis. As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable. Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under the age of 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year round. Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room per stay will be charge upon check in.Upon check-in, guests will be required to pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee in the amount of $30.00 USD (Charges apply for adults between 18-25 years old staying from February to April. Cash Only. Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The hotel is massive. There are so many restaurants cafes beach bars to choose from, all day you have something available to drink or eat. The suite I was in was beautiful I had two bathrooms two mini bars and two coffee machines. A jacuzzi on the terrace. I received a gift which was a lovely canvas bag and a hat for the beach. There is always entertainment day and evening. Live music and shows as well as dj sessions. Everything was very clean and the staff impeccable.

Beautiful resort, our pyramid ocean front room was gorgeous and clean. There were so many things to do on the resort. Hence, you were never bored. Enjoyed our stay here!

- The view from the room is amazing, I'm ready to forgive all the shortcomings for it. We are talking about a room with a sea view, of course. - The sea itself is also excellent! - Abundance of restaurants - you can find an option for every taste. Plus there is a pretty fun entertainment program.

Excellent location on the main spit, where all the best hotels are located. The territory is very large, inside there is a swimming pool, restaurants, a tennis court, a casino, a nightclub and much more, and if desired, you can not even leave the hotel grounds. It is a very beautiful beach, you can get to it through the beach club. The food is very tasty, Miramar and The White Box are favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly, the girls at the reception always helped us.

The options for food and drinks were fantastic - we were spoiled for choice every evening and made the effort to try almost every option. We also loved how much space was available on the beach - we were able to sit in a different area each day.

The food was good, the restaurants and shows were very good too. The pool was very clean. The fast food kiosks are very good as are the buffets.

It was one of the best hotel by far which I visited. Huge object full with restaurants, bars, and activities. Staff and service were amazing. People surrounded you with kindness and professionalism.
