One child free 0-12 years old in low seasons. To make valid this promotion, add the children information and age, into the reservation.Credit cards issued to people other guest (i.e., parent, spouse, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student / Youth policy (YEAR ROUND) Student / Youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without legal parent / guardian and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year round basis. As a general rule, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property that will accept Student / Youth GROUPS (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of Student / Youth Traveler are subject to the following conditions: § Upon check-in, passengers will be required to pay a one-time Student / Youth resort fee (charges may vary). Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.Operator is obligated to inform all Students/Youths of this charge. Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years of age. All rooms require one person that is at least 18 when occupied by a 17 year old passenger. All students under the legal age of 18 require a notarized consent from parent/legal guardian providing authorization and taking responsibility for the guest. No passenger under the age of 17 years of age is allowed to occupy any room without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them.Any student group traveling with guests under the age of 18 will require chaperon(s). Location is convenient for those who are not exactly looking for Cancun's beaches (we travelled mainly to visit Chichén Itzá), as you will need to use the bus, taxi/Uber or rent a car if you don't want to walk too much to get to the ocean. Breakfast is in a buffet style, and it offers a good variety of fruits and pastry, hot food, as well as vegan and vegetarian options, with everything served very fresh. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The staff here are great and I also like the common areas, pool area etc which look like they have had a recent renovation. Breakfast was good, nothing to write home about but good. Location in el centro is great, spitting distance from a big mall and bus stops to the hotel zone. There are some restaurants close by as well.

Good location for down town Cancun. Big room with balcony and beautiful pool ( additional cost) with outdoor facilities
