Hotel will request an environmental fee at the check in of $ 25.00 MXN pesos per night per room.Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR tests are available at this property with an extra charge.We would like to inform you that by provision of the government of Quintana Roo, Mexico, an increase in the Environmental Sanitation Tax applicable to all tourists will come into force, starting on January 15th, 2023. The new rate set by the local authorities will be $72.63 Mexican pesos per room per night, approximately $3.72 USD according to the daily exchange rate.

I love everything. The staff is so nice. Jorge from the cart in the morning makes the best cocktail The beach is very nice and the pool too. I was surprised how good the food is I had the best time thanks

Loved the pool right off the beach. I didn't like the fact that they allow a build-up of guest in the lobby waiting till 3pm for check-in. If the rooms are available which they were let folks in like other resorts.

The beach front was amazing - always clean and the ocean is stunning. The vibe team were excellent too, always making a great atmosphere. Night entertainment is good and varied. The hotel is a nice place to talk to people and have fun.

An Unforgettable Stay! I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and had the most breathtaking sea view—I could have spent hours just admiring it. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning views.
