As a solo traveler i can say all the best,hotel amazing,place amazing,stuff amazing,entertaiment team like a woow,they will do all that you spend youre best time.Hat down for all the hard work for personal,that peoples can enjoy they best holidays. Party's on the top. If this was my first trip from europe to Mexico,then im pretty sure,that i will repeat it.

Breakfast was excellent, I would say international, and also Mexican breakfast, for the people who like to discover and enjoy new tastes. Breakfast restaurant is right next to the ocean, you can enjoy the view and the food. I need to mention reception staff, they are amazing young people. I checked in with Carlos I believe, fast and efficient. Daniela, always smiling and polite. Last night I went to reception to ask in regards of check out and guy with name Roberto addressed me with my last name, that is impressive, attention to detail really amazing. There is entertainment team, and a lot of activities, fitness guy Tony also very professional and positive, motivated and motivate people to get involved in sports activities while on vacation.

Nice hotel, spacious with good amenities, pools and quick access to a beach! The staff were friendly and the team that ran the pool events had good energy!

Had a great stay at Riu Caribe. The Shangri-la restaurant was lovely, we ate there 3 times during our stay and the food and staff were great. The other restaurants were good as well but Shangri-la was our favourite. Booked a couple of the excursions at the hotel from Scuba caribe, swimming with dolphins at isla mujeres and the jungle safari on your own speedboat which were both brilliant. The Riu parties were fun. All the staff are really friendly and look after you. Would definitely return.

The beach in front of the hotel is amazing and breathtaking. The room was bigger than expected, really comfortable and clean. All restaurants offer great variety of delicious food and choice of drinks is good as well. Would recommend it and, of course, would like to come back as well.

The overall experience was fantastic! The personnel are great and many services are available 24/7. If you are picky with food, Riu Caribe Is the right place: they propose different cuisines, but I highly recommend trying Mexican food, that is of another level

All the staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for you. The pool and all the facilities were great. The buffet and restaurants had great choice. The beach is a little small but plenty of beds and a beautiful beach. On check out, the staff gave us vouchers for food, drink, towels and access to the showers. This was amazing as our flight was in the evening.
