Staff was very polite and courteous. Room was big, well ventilated, lots of natural light and very clean.(Room cleaning happen everyday). Location was good with bus stop (R1 and R2) at the hotel gate for visiting all the nearby attractions.(Coco Bingo, Downtown, ferry ports, beaches), they have travel desk and Bank ATM inside. Safety locker was in room. Their restaurant food and ambience was amazing (facing the lagoon). Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.

I liked the side overlooking the laguna, the breakfast area was really very nice and so was the breakfast itself. It was very practical for the one night we spent there before visiting the rest of Q.Roo and Yucatan.

I loved the overall hotel, the view from the bedroom, the staff and the quietness. The bedroom was large and cleaned daily. The buffet breakfast on the weekend was very nice and the staff were always so friendly and helpful.
