My room (1204) had amazing balcony views, making it a memorable stay. The Hakka Asian restaurant was a standout, with delicious food and no reservation needed.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful and were always very happy, polite, and welcoming. The pool area was good with the swim up bar. The 2 restaurants were a nice addition to the buffet. Enjoyed the entertainment in the day and evening. The welcome drink was a nice touch upon checking in. You really had everything you needed there, which is what you want out of an all inclusive booking.

The hotel is right at the beach, we enjoyed the view of the sea and the walks on the beach! The staff were friendly, capable and very helpful with everything we asked for (check in, currency exchange, information on buses, late check out etc.). The room was big and comfortable. We had lagoon view from the room and it was awesome! I miss that view! They had soy milk at breakfast and at the cafe.

Very friendly service and they try their best to make your stay comfortable. The food was decent; no fancy ingredients (eg lobsters) but everything was well cooked and flavorful. We mainly used the buffet for our meals and there was a good variety. Mini bar was restocked daily with bottled water, canned soda and beer. We were also able to ask for additional bottles of water when we ran out. We got the standard room with two double beds. Room was clean and even had a good view of the sea through the window! The hotel is on the southern end of the hotel zone so it's away from the party area, which we really enjoyed. If you need to get to the heart of Zona Hotelera, the R1 and R2 buses come very frequently. There's also a convenience store and two non-resort restaurants right across the street.
