Customer service was great, thanks Gaby for your help. The bed was very comfortable, so were the pillows. It’s a good place to stay if passing by the city. I’d recommend walking a bit away from the location to find local life, specially for food.

This was a really cute hotel. It was basic but very comfortable. The owner stayed up late to check us in at 9:00pm and she prepared breakfast early and organised a taxi for us to leave at 9:00am. She was so kind and welcoming. The room was clean, it had a huge comfy bed, effective air-con and good wi-fi. The bathroom was large with towels and toiletries. We only stayed one night before going to the airport but it was a fantastic last night in Mexico.

Nice bedroom, very clean bed and bathroom, good storage solutions, safe built into the wardrobe. Fresh fruits every morning for breakfast. Card payment possible at no extra charge ! 👍🏻

Perfectly located for a quick stay in Cancun. Breakfast was included. Simple toast and some fruit - we didn’t need any more than that. Coffee pot in the morning was a treat.
