It was really relaxing holiday at the Majestic Elegance. Room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. Food in each restaurant was fresh and delicious. Drinks available throughout the property. I would highly recommend to stay at Majestic Elegance.

We stayed in a rooftop plunge pool suite at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres resort from September 27 to October 5, 2024, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The service, the beach, resort events, food and accommodations, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed with large closets, multiple seating areas, and a comfortable bed. The shower, tub, and vanity area were generously sized and well-appointed. The room’s location was quiet yet conveniently close to all amenities. If you can't find something you enjoy eating here, it might be hard to please your taste buds! There is a lot of diversity between the restaurants and the cuisines and we didn’t have a meal we didn’t enjoy. A standout feature of our stay was the impeccable service, especially from our assigned butler Katia. From the moment we arrived, Katia went above and beyond to ensure our visit was flawless. Katia exhibited an impeccable sense of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail that truly set the tone for our stay. Whether it was arranging last-minute dinner reservations or surprises in our suite, flawlessly handling special requests, or simply anticipating our needs before we voiced them. Other staff we’d like to mention: Mateo at the Bistro. Moises at the Soothe pool bar. Deyvison at Mar House. What a gentleman. Orlando at the Crazy Mariachi. Cauich at the Moon Beach Bar. Daniela at Flavors and Mar House. Miguel at the Cheer swim-up bar. Beach Grill staff. Housekeeping staff – our room was immaculately upkept every day. The purpose of our vacation was to unwind and relax from two very busy schedules. We left feeling not just cared for, but truly valued as a guest. I cannot recommend the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres enough, especially if you're fortunate to have these wonderful people taking care of you. Customer service is the priority at this well-run resort. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, perfect for a honeymoon experience. It's a beautiful resort, with really good food, and MOST IMPORTANTLY the people who work here are super friendly, warm and attentive. Special thanks to Luis at Il Bottacio for being the absolute sweetest, and to Ruben for his excellent butler service!

5 Restaurants you could walk-in without reservations. 2 restaurants that required reservations were easy to set up. Room service included. Refills of water in room. Lots of sun tan chairs around resort and beach. All staff were kind and friendly. Drink selection is higher end.

The food! Both in the buffet and a la carte restaurants, lots of choice and we had some delicious meals. The beach is also gorgeous with lots of sunbed options, and considerable effort goes into entertainment, I particularly enjoyed the Queen tribute
