The fine print
Please note that the property offers guest access with a guide dog.Please note that this property does not accept student or Spring Breaker groups.The resort will refresh a number of its dining outlets and common areas. Beginning on February 12th, 2018, the Sea Corner Restaurant, Varenna Restaurant, and Pool Club outlets will be closed for one month. The Italian menu will be offered at the semi-private area of Siete Restaurant.In addition, the Azur restaurant’s terrace section will incorporate the popular ceviche and taco specialties from the hotel’s popular Sea Corner. The remaining five dining options will be open and operating their regular schedules.

A perfect vacation at Live Aqua Cancun. The most beautiful sea, amazing warm pools and jacuzzi. Excellent service. Totally oriented on customer service. We had one day a problem with lunch at the Beach view restaurant, and immediately we had the Master Chef see us and offer a wonderful 5 course menu at MB. This is indeed the best restaurant and has piano. Varenna italian was also great. Burgers for lunch very tasty. The Spa was wonderful! A unique service and great beds.

Just got back from a 10 night stay at the Live Aqua Beach. Lovely hotel, great location, staff were always on hand and very friendly, and the food was amazing with a choice of 7 restaurants, plus daily BBQ. The hotel is situated right on the beach, and has a number of swimming pools and bars. All in all a great place to visit if you want to relax, but also a great location for the excursion on offer.

The Starbucks cafe located in the hotel which was part of the all inclusive package was certainly a highlight for me. The hotel is impeccable, our sea view room was picturesque. Every area of the hotel smelled divine! The food in my opinion was lovely, I liked that there were a variety of choices depending on your mood. I was highly impressed with the vast selection of premium drinks, cocktails and endless water available. The staff didn’t allow me to lift a finger my entire stay. They were all exceptional! My friend and I are already planning our next visit back.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The hotel structure is incredibly preserved. The different smell in every room. All the foods we tasted were amazing. Pools with heated water.
