Everything was smooth, the room was spacious and very tidy. The location is excellent, close to Las Americas mall, and the access to Krystal beach club was a very nice bonus.

The beach club is a great plus, the kids pool is warm. You need to go to hotel Krystal located in the hotel zone. The bed is comfortable. The sera Juanita from the cleaning team was nice and super lovely. It will be nice to have a mini fridge especially when traveling with a baby.

Very nice hotel, good location, 10 mins drive to the Hotel Zone and 10 mins to Cancun central. Good parking facilities.

The room was very comfy, and the beach club was exceptional. They have parkings at the hotel.

This was a nice normal hotel with a good pool. It's located very close to the mall which is what we wanted during our one night stay in town before travelling to Tulum. It was really good value for money. I would stay again.
