Good location, right next to the beach, great pool with great views. All inclusive was nice to have, their fancy restaurant had some meals included in the package too which changed it up from the buffet dinner.

Great stay and would return, very big hotel therefore quite busy. Staff were kind and helped us organise a late check out. Good facilities, direct beach access and lots of sunloungers

Location and view of the ocean from the balcony. The restaurant next door Hacienda El Mortero is top. It was the highlight of our time in Cancun. Not to be missed.

Very nice swimming pool just on the beach, with nice bar and restaurants. helpful staff and free parking. the location is good , next to many bars and restaurant.

Everything about it. Location, room, we were given a room with seaview even if we booked one with city view. It was a very nice and appreciated upgrade. The view was stunning, the staff friendly, the room very clean. Not a single complaint. We will definitely stay again here in the future.

Kystal Cancun is one of my favorite places to stay, because it has one of the prettiest beaches, and it is also right downtown, so you have easy walking access to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Another reason I like coming here, because all-inclusive is optional. I travel alone, don't drink alcohol so it's more cost effective for me to eat in local restaurants.

Having in mind that I have visited Cancun to attend a conference the location was the main reason for my choice and it met my expectations! The beach is beautiful, the rooms are good and the breakfast was great. I also was granted some benefits as a Booking guest such as a 15% discount on some of the on food and beverages and fee other things which I did not expected.
