The hotel itself is amazing. The staff are friendly, they have an all you can eat candy shop for kids, the food was fabulous. They have an amazing entertainment team. The pool was warm, i think it was heated the kids loved it !

I would underline the perfect Clearence of the rooms and physical activities. Thank you for Sunrise yoga for Alex (Alejandro) and Sofia. Also French Cousine was very nice.

The experience was amazing. The resort is very big, with a lot of different kinds of ambiences, huge pools, 2 beaches (one on each side of the resort) all kinds of restaurants (mexican, french, italian, north-american, asian, sports bar, caffee shop, patisserie store, international buffet, night club, night shows, amazing breakfast) and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), amazing staff and the adults-only expecience is even better, with a perfect concierge. For beer lovers, they have a Sports Bar inside the resort, were they craft their own beers of different styles. But they also have many others famous local and international beers. Also loved the resort location, very close to Coco Bongo and all those famous restaurants/night clubs (like 10 minutes walking), Chedraui Supermarket. Also close to Xcaret Hub and Ferry. We would absolutely return to Hyatt Ziva as soon as possible.

The beach was amazing!! It seems like they have 2 beaches but I think one of them is a public beach and not private. We preferred the public beach side. It was so beautiful. All the restaurants served delicious food.
