All inclusive, good is pretty good, not the best iv ever had but good. All inclusive food and drinks great activities. Staying on the golf course side is much better due to the loud music playing on the pool side. Friendly staff, good value if you book early. Great new facilities. Would stay again. Great beach club and free ride there.

They have various pools and restaurants. Everyone was really nice and the rooms were clean. The beach club was beautiful too.

Our recent stay at Hyatt Vivid was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff were constantly maintaining the place, ensuring that every corner was spotless. What truly set our experience apart was the superb staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. We had a friend in a wheelchair, and we were pleased to find that the hotel was fully accessible, making her stay comfortable and hassle-free. The culinary offerings at Hyatt Vivid exceeded our expectations. Each meal was a delightful experience, with the food being far better than we could have imagined. The variety of restaurants available made it hard for us to pick a favorite as each offered a unique and delicious dining experience. Entertainment at the hotel was top-notch. Whether it was enjoying the live performances or relaxing at the beach club, there was never a dull moment. The beach club, in particular, struck the perfect balance between lively and relaxing. Amazing structure and very welcoming staff. food and drinks go beyond the average all inclusive experience and seem to be always fresh. the hotel is pretty new, so it wasn't packed, which made everything better. The beach club is really something - great view and comfort and the pool's temperature was just perfect (the pools at the hotel are actually cold).
