We obtained a free upgrade to our room. We were even allowed to leave our bags locked in a storeroom whilst being away for 3 nights b4 rechecking in. Very helpful receptionist.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast room/restaurant located at the top of the building with nice views of the surrounding area. Not buffet-style breakfast. Tasty food but limited.
