We did your Chef's Table at Olios on March 12/2025 . Your Staff and Chef are absolutely outstanding. This Chef's Table would rank at a Micheline Star Rating. This dinner was AMAZING.

From when I arrived to checkout I was thouroughly impressed with the quality of the services, the cleanliness and careful planning of landscaping and decor. It felt like I was in a luxuary resort, my room was incredible, the housekeeping is of an impeccable standard, the resort is only 25 minutes from the airport but isolated enough not be in the flightpath, you don't hear aircraft often, you have only the sound of the ocean at night, it sits against the beach. We had a hot tub on our balcony, I stayed in a serenity junior oceanfront, everything was amazing. My butler, yes butler, was called Manny, he was fantastic. There was one large swimming pool with club music (live dj) and one gorgeous round pool that looked like something out of a movie that was quiet and serene. views from the building were incredible. Service was excellent everywhere on site as standard, every staff member gave me better service than I've received in years. If you go, consider tipping staff a small amount for a nights drinking or eating, they will not ask, but if you consider even momentarily the economy of Mexico against the value of your stay, it's the right thing to do.

We were in the Serenity Beachfront Pool Suite, building 1. The location was perfect, close to everything. There is construction next door - so if you are at the far end there will be some noise. Our butler, Nacho was amazing and your experience will likely depend on the butler you have. Bed was comfortable and we loved the pillow menu, the room has seen better days and is in need of a refresh - but nothing that impacted our stay. But certainly not worth the full rack rate of $1200+ a night, its a $700-$800 at best standard. The free golf at the nearby El Tinto course is great value, though the $60usd club rental is a rip off - as the clubs are very well used. The transfer is handy, but again to expensive for the distance. Cheaper to take an Uber. The staff are attentive, courteous and vast majority speak great English. We loved the Taco bar at the buffet restaurant at lunch, they are to die for. The other restaurants, well its all inclusive - so its food. But nothing special. The portion sizes were good for us, but not US size so if you eat a lot - hit the buffet. The dinner & show one night was great, it was disappointing that many guests who reserve space didn't turn up (rude) perhaps if the dinner & show was limited to two or three nights a week this wouldn't happen. It's also a pain to reserve as it can't be done via the app and only direct with your butler. Easier same day booking if the other restaurants are booked out would help numbers and in turn the atmosphere. We used the car service, which for the distance (20 minutes) the price is too high - but we loved the fact they met us right outside the doors and we didn't have to run the taxi gauntlet! Spa services are overpriced, $160usd plus for an hour massage? But the hydro experience was lovely and we chose to upgrade to an hour.

the quality of the services, food and beverages are amazing. there was a pool in my room. this is for sure the best resort I have ever stayed in.

Highly recommend: - The staff was absolutely fantastic, always bubbly. - They had activities throughout the day. We were regulars for their aqua aerobics. - There are a number of restaurants to choose from. - Well equipped gym. - Easily accessible coastline/ beach. - Not a massive hotel where you get lost in the numbers.

We were blown away by the honeymoon experience we received at the Haven Riviera. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Special thanks to Omar, Sharkboy, Eduardo, Benjamin, Omi and many more who went above and beyond to make our stay really special. We got a Romance Junior Suite which came with a very large and beautiful room with a double rainfall shower in the bathroom a f a hot tub on the balcony. The romance deal also came with a romance breakfast in our room and a romance dinner in the Serenity Club restaurant. The resort and it's facilities are modern, spacious and spotless. There is a large main pool which is the party pool and large chill pool a few minutes walk away. There are so many fantastic and delicious restaurants to choose from for dinner every night. The main Flavours restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner has delicious food and you never get bored. There are multiple bars and the bartenders are generous and talented. The resort has an app you can use to book dinner, the spa and has a lot of information. There is an activity planner with activities and music planned around the resort during the day and night. The location is perfect 30 minutes taxi or Uber outside Cancún city. There is a long driveway up to the resort but it's perfect for spotting local wildlife. I could go on and on but the Haven is very much worth the cost. We had never been to an all inclusive resort and everyone we talked to that had said the Haven Riviera was probably the best they had ever been too. If I could give more than 10 points on booking.com I would.
