Excellent Chefs! Special thanks to the masters of the kitchen—amazing job and fantastic food! 👌 The level of gastronomy here rivals places like Shangri-La or Singapore's finest spots. indeed all inclusive , even King Crab, live oysters, and diverse cuisines including Arabic, Indian, and Japanese are outstanding. At this resort, every dollar invested feels well worth it. They pay attention to every detail, such as providing hot towels, ensuring excellent organization, avoiding crowds, and maintaining punctuality. You truly feel like you're experiencing luxury service. In many cases, they anticipate your needs before you even ask. and SAND is realy WHITE :)))) There’s no pressure to buy extras, and everything is genuinely all-inclusive.

The beach was delicious, there was no seagrass during my stay, half the days the sea was calm and we could really enjoy it. It might have something related to the moon phases. The food was great, the pools were also delicious. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. I can't wait to go back

Breakfast was very good and the beach area was really good. Even though is an old hotel; is very well maintained and areas are very clean. Room was spotless, bed very confortable. Personnel is very kind and helpful!

Everything from the time we arrived, during our stay up until we departed the resort was EXCELLENT!!! The staff was very professional, courteous, kind, and very helpful! They all provided EXCELLENT customer service at the restaurants, pool, and beach areas! The Concierge helped us book our day travel/tour! The food in every restaurant we ate at was delicious.

The room overall is very good and looks clean. It has a lovely view, but the air has a musty smell. The air conditioner is a bit old and has its noise of the engine. However, the service staff has excellent attitude and friendly. I had the steak for my dinner, it is delicious. You will have multiple choices to choose from. The whole experience is very nice.

I was looking for a relaxing vacation, where I could expend as little brainpower as possible, and this place delivered! From the beautiful room with the breathtaking view of the ocean, the amazing food I ordered on room service (part of the all inclusive package), that was so fresh and flavorful, the helpful staff, the spa where I got 2 amazing massages (thank you Hilda!) and the hydrotherapy that has made me feel better than I have in years, I have come away feeling like a new person!! If you are seeking to be relaxed and rejuvenated, look no further! Also I was apprehensive before going because I read reviews about the place being old, but I barely noticed.

I love the location and how it was easy to stay there with a baby of 15months old. The staff team were absolutely lovely and truly taking care of us. The different options for food were good and efficient. And I loved a good cocktail when being at the pool.
