Staff are great!!! Food /restaurant options great - mostly really good too Loved having the different pool options - you have to go down early to get your preferred location ... people save with towels then go do things all day Lots of things to do for families/groups to party. City buses cheap but take the time to learn which to take for what because they are busy and getting caught on a full bus without air conditioning can be a rough trip. Room itself was great in size & comfort

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the matress was comfortable. the food was great. only reason I gave it 9 and not 10 is because I booked an ocean-view room which turned out to be facing the ocean from the side. apparently rooms facing the ocean directly are called ocean-front. regardless it's a very nice place.

Excellent overall hotel. Food varied and good standard. Designed for comfort as everything close by to sun lounger. For example bars, food options, bars and beach. Excellent courtesy rooms so not required to pay extra for later check out.

I love cancun Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly many of them remember my name. I quite liked the food. The beach is right there...I loved every minute of my 6 day stay. Entertainment at night was enjoyable. Swim up pool bar. Can't wait to go back. I felt like home there.

Amazing pool and cocktails, came from Australia and this was very good value for money. Around 12 different cocktails, 3 restaurants and all you can eat buffet
