Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.Environmental fee of $76 MXN, per room, per night will be requested by the property at the check in.Please note guests will not be refunded for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a penalty of 100% of the room rate.Mandatory supplement will be charged at check in for New Year's Eve dinner. All reservations during December 31st, $100.00 USD per adult and for children under 6-12 years old $50.00 USD, all reservations in All-Inclusive Plan.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. What is liked about this property is that it’s right in front of the beach and beautiful grounds. The drinks at the pool bar were great. The food at the buffet was amazing. Antonio  (The hotel concierge) he was amazing very friendly and helpful. He help me by giving me some good recommendations where to go really nice guy.
