Everything exceeded expectation - breafast buffet was really good quality and had a good range of food available. 24/7 room service was also really good and useful when going away for early excursions! Lunch options were also very good with plenty of bars offering different good quality food. Dinner options were also really good with the quality of food being exceptional. Service at the restaurants was also really really good.

We loved the room. It was very clean and spacious and comfortable. The buffet changed every day, so there was always something new offered. The pool area was great. The stuff was incredibly kind and helpful. We had an issue in our room, they took care of it in the same minute as we mentioned it at the reception.

Smooth check in and check out process, free, easy to find parking, free Wi-Fi, pleasant and professional staff, comfortable bed, clean room, great view! Food was excellent. Buffet breakfast was great quality and well maintained. The selection of a-la carte restaurants was excellent. Food was too quality and very well prepared. The service in the restaurants was impeccable. Their house wines are an excellent selection as well. Housekeeping was very efficient! I went down for breakfast and when I came back my room had already been cleaned and reset. Housekeeping staff are friendly when you pass by.

The facilities were beautiful, landscaping was incredible and the architecture felt very traditional and less cold than a lot of the mega hotels. The staff we’re absolutely incredible and helpful to the degree where you literally felt like royalty.

The best aspect of the hotel is the staff. As understaffed as they were, they were always nice and helpful. My party encountered a rude and disgruntled customer, yet Jairo in the Italian restaurant remained respectful and patient. Jairo, I’m sorry you had to deal with the lady who, instead of asking for a solution, continued to scold and argue with you. Overall, this is the second Fiesta Americana I’ve visited, and I won’t be returning to this chain again.
