The service was amazing, and a special shout-out to Jose, who was super efficient and welcoming at check-in. The room was impeccably clean, and we loved the great shower, comfy big bed, and the good room size.

Breakfast was ok, not many options but enough as I don’t eat much in the morning. Room are modern and clean. Nice location downtown, close to everything, also not far from main bus station.

Nice hotel,we had a great time in Cancun, far from the resorts and from downtown. Very quiet area in a new neighborhood (maybe not new ,but there are many new buildings).
