Resort Overview

Featuring free WiFi throughout and accommodation with terraces and views of the Caribbean Sea, Emporio Cancun is set on the beach in Cancún’s Hotel Zone. It has a picturesque setting between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon.

Booked the ocean view room at the end of my trip to relax, enjoyed it thoroughly! Lovely to have the sound of the waves and view from bed Appreciated the coffee and toiletries

The pools were nice and the hotel was right on the lovely beach which was good. Great breakfast buffet. The staff in the buffet restaurant were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean enough

It presents itself at first glance as higher standard, but it takes day or two to see many downsidesof the plase Over all is picturesque, pools, beach , dining areas bars , but …… staff mostly nice …. Mostly ! Not everyone Views can be really good

An older resort, but reasonably well maintained. Good service and friendly staff. Decent sized room with private balcony, good room and resort amenities, and decent dining options - though we didn't opt for all-inclusive so can't speak to that part. Very family-friendly activities and amenities too, with pools and activities for kids as well as adults - three different pool options, including one with a wet bar/pool bar, and a pretty good massage spot close to the water. The open plan layout has plenty of loungers, on the beach or away from it, including hammocks - and there's a great view from just about anywhere. A BDS Tours and Acqua Tours outlet on site, as well as the usual jetski and windsurfing options. A Pier 27 with convenience necessities and a small deli serving Starbucks on site, with an Oxxo, a 7-Eleven, and a pharmacy within walking distance. Great location on the quieter end of the hotel zone strip (towards the airport), beachfront with a good stretch of sandy beach, with lovely views from most of the suites and from the beach itself.
