Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. We would like to give a big compliment to the barman Oswaldo Ofrei who's knowledge about tequila and his hospitality was amazing! The food in the restaurants was very tasty plus the beautiful view gave an extra vibe during our meals. We enjoyed the swim up bars in both different swimming pools and even accessible from the jacuzzi. In general we are very happy with our holiday and stay at hotel Emporio.

Location was great, the buffet at the breakfast and in the evening was nice. The room with front beach/swimming pool view and access was truly amazing. The desk at the entrance offers a lot of information on where to go what to do. Overall, it was a very nice stay at the Emporio.

Gorgeous views from the balcony, on the beach, with plenty of options of pools to swim in. Spacious room, comfortable bed! Wish we stayed longer

We had a wonderful 1-week family stay at Emporio! I was a bit confused with opposite reviews so didn't know what to expect, however our stay in Emporio was way beyond expectations! It was definitely the best value for money resort we've ever been to. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious, we had a beachfront family room on top floor (8th), the view was just spectacular! Restaurants were great, especially a la carte ones (Bacolli and Fasano) so make sure to reserve your seat (in person). There was a plenty choice of food in buffet restaurants for breakfast and lunch as well. Hotel beach was wonderful, I would say the most maintained within 3 km we've walked around, there is a beach bar where you can get drinks as well as order some snack meals to the beach, we've really enjoyed our time! We didn't use pools at all since the Caribbean sea was just out of this world, but they look nice and well maintained too, especially adults only one with the bar! Staff is also nice, they reallly work a lot and it's so many of them so you don't have to wait long for your service. Overall, wonderful experience!

We recently stayed at Emporio Cancun for a family trip, booking three rooms in advance. Unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as we had hoped. First, we had specifically requested to be placed in the same building, as we were traveling as a family. However, upon arrival, we were given rooms in different buildings, which made our stay less convenient. Second, the air conditioning in our room stopped working for the last two days of our stay. Given the high temperatures, this made our stay quite uncomfortable. While we were moved to another room on the last night, we had already endured two days of discomfort. Lastly, we were disappointed with the service at the restaurants. On our last morning, while having breakfast, a waitress asked us to leave our table to accommodate other guests, even though there were plenty of available tables at that time. This felt unnecessary and quite rude, leaving us with a bad final impression. Overall, we expected better service from a hotel of this standard. While the location and facilities are nice, the lack of coordination, room comfort, and courteous service left us disappointed. We hope the management takes these issues into account to improve the experience for future guests.

The hotel has a great location, just on the beach with a beauutiful view. It has a great pool bar. The rooms are clean.

+ The beach was very nice, no rocks, free sunbeds (however, many of them got reserved in the morning by other guests) + The room that we got looked just as advertised online + Both hotel-owned restaurants with an a la carte menu were great (need to be reserved via opentable - check before you arrive) + Breakfast menu

It was a great experience. We bought all inclusive opition, it totally worth it. Best part is the seaside beach beautiful water and beach.
