It was like a little oasis of calm with tropical trees and water fountains despite it only being a few metres from the busy roads. We didn't hear any traffic noise. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette area if we needed it. It was very good value for money, especially with the included breakfast which we enjoyed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tatiana on the front desk and Julio at breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and the water and coffee in the reception area was a nice touch and very much appreciated 👏

I chose this hotel as it is really convenient for the ADO bus station. It's not far from the Cancun downtown (which is truly awful) and close to the bus route R2 which takes you within around 20 minutes to the very upmarket hotel zone. The hotel is located in a very forgettable part of town with lots of traffic but once inside the compound it is quiet and pleasant (they have tried to make it look like it's a Mayan jungle resort which I guess is the 'eco' bit) with a nice pool. My room was very large and clean with a big bathroom. It had a kitchenette with a fridge but the safe deposit box didn't open. None of the receptionist spoke English but I managed with my rudimentary Spanish. Breakfast (which was in the room price) was just 'okay' and the waitress was really pleasant.

We only stayed 1 night. The stuff was lovely they allowed us to leave our bags with no extra cost as we had to take late night flight on the next day.

Great hotel! Beautiful and spacious rooms, beautiful and atmospheric garden, brilliant location (5 min walk to the bus station and supermarket). Phenomenal service, everyone will do everything to help you and make your stay more pleasant :D

1. This hotel is very close to the ADO Cancun station and the Soriana supermarket. 2. The lady in the front desk allowed us to early check-in without any extra charge when we arrived at the hotel around 8:00 am. We were really thankful for her kindness.

Very clean and tidy room, staff was really nice and helpful and the breakfast was all fine. I do recommend this hotel, well located.
