The location is excellent. Beautiful view and private beach and pool. Alessandra was brilliant, she was so helpful and was happy to answer all our questions on where to eat etc. My husband needed a Chiro due to his back issue and Alessandra advised us of that also and he was great! There is a bar located right near the property on the beach which has great food and drinks. Close to the bus stops to go into town and also great if you want to ride along the hotel zone. If you are looking for a great location as opposed to a high end 5 star property, then we would highly recommend this apartment. It has everything you need including washing machine and dryer. There is on site 24 hour security including on the beach. Thank you Alessandra for everything! We enjoyed our visit to Cancun immensely! 🥰

The location of this property is awesome. It has nice, clean private beach and I really liked the water front park across the street. There are couple of convenient stores within walking distance. There is everything you need in the apartment and the owners are very nice and helpful. Overall very pleasant experience and lots of good memories.

Very helpful and responsive host. The location is great! Very close to a couple of restaurants, bus stops, and convienice stores. Private beach and swimming pool access was amazing. There are other public beaches nearby as well (between a 5 to 15-minute walk). Washer dryer was provided!
