Everything was great. Lovely views, excellent facilities. Staff were friendly & helpful. The French restaurant Sans Siuchi food was excellent and atmosphere was truly nice, waiters service was attentive also great with no kids/noise. Excellent sunrise views from all rooms.

1, The waiters in all departments of the hotel were dedicated and enthusiastic, reflecting the friendliness of the Mexican people; 2, The rooms were clean and tidy and the meals were plentiful and delicious; 3, Every room faces the ocean with an excellent view;

The staff continues to be excellent, with special mention to the Concierge, Maria, and the Lounge Barman, Carlos. They are fabulous and go above and beyond expectations to provide excellent service and delight guests. The other attendants and staff were also very good.

Clean rooms, nice views. Food was ok (only used the buffet, not the restaurants which need advanced booking). Staff were lovely. Evening entertainment was good but only lasted 45 minutes. Kids club was good but my 8 year old got bored quickly. We enjoyed crazy golf. The beach is beautiful.

This hotel had everything needed for a great family holiday. We have arrived home today and cannot fault the place at all. It was basic but very clean, rooms are cleaned every day. Food was fine and the staff were lovely.

Location and price was good. The Amenities where great for kids. The big pool is amazing as its not too deep and there are a lot of staff around to help out. The place being an all inclusive is very good for a family since the prices of food outside of the hotel is very expensive. It save you the hassle and the headache. There are a variety of restaurants inside the hotel but you have to reserve a few of them in advance. The overflowing drinks was great too!
